How is the red meat slice 6” compared to the 10”. Looking to gift either one to my husband. He likes to age his own steak and cure his own bacon.

The main differences between our 6-inch and 10-inch meat slicer is (1) Motor power: 200W vs. 320W (2) Product tray dimension: 5.5 (L)X 7.5 (W) X 4.5 (H) vs 7” (L) X 7.5”(W) X 5.5” (H) (3) Recommend frozen meat temperature: 26.6F or -3C vs 24.8F or -4C.
