This model is equipped with a 320W motor, which is designed to handle semi-frozen meat with ease.
For optimal performance, we recommend slicing meat that is chilled to around -4°C (24.8°F) — this temperature provides the perfect balance between firmness and ease of slicing.
If you’re planning to work with meat that is colder or more deeply frozen, we’d recommend considering our MS-12 model, which features a more powerful 420W motor.
The added power makes it better suited for heavier-duty slicing needs.
