A quick tip we’ve learned from our bacon-loving customers:
If your pork belly is wider than 7 inches but less than 2.5 inches in height, you can fold the bacon in half while it is thawed, then slightly freeze it before slicing.
This technique allows you to slice pieces up to 14 inches wide using our 10-inch slicer model.
