Hi, I’m looking for a slicer that has a stainless steel blade, and ALSO stainless steel food table. Basically all the parts that touch the meat, I would like to be stainless steel. But it seems all models have aluminum slouching the food. Do you offer any models with what I am looking for?

Thank you so much for your interest in our meat slicer.
At this time, all of our slicers come with a stainless steel blade, but the food tray and gauge plate are made of anodized aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a model where all food-contact parts are made entirely of stainless steel.
However, our anodized aluminum components are designed to be food-safe, resistant to oxidation, and easy to clean.
Some customer will place a stainless-steel tray at the back of the machine to catch the slices if preferred.
If you have any specific concerns or requirements, we’d be happy to help you find the best slicer for your needs.
