Can you adjust the speed at which the MS-12A slices when in automatic mode? What type of oil is recommended to fill the tank?

Our MS-12A operates at a constant slicing speed of approximately 37 slices per minute, depending on the type and temperature of the product being sliced.
If your meat is at a temperature higher than -8°C, you may experience a slightly faster slicing speed due to its softer texture.
However, if you are specifically looking for an automatic slicer with adjustable speed settings, we highly recommend checking out our MS-14A model, which features a customizable speed function to better suit various slicing needs.
As for lubrication, we recommend using an all-purpose food-safe lubricant.
To apply: Add the lubricant into the built-in dispenser, then inject it into the back and side ports of the slicer to keep the transmission running smoothly.
