Thermostatic Control
Our DY-22 fryer has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 122 to 374 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks to the thermostatic control, you can now adjust the temperature of the oil to accommodate the appropriate frying temperatures for different foods.
Once the fryer reaches the ideal set temperature, an indicator light lets the operator know when the fryer is ready for frying.
