For best slicing result, the thinnest thickness that we would recommend for our SL-48 fresh meat cutter is 3mm.
From our experience, meat tends to get stuck easier when slicing below 3mm in a fresh meat cutter.
If you want to slice meat ultra-thin, we would recommend you check out of semi-frozen meat slicer for best slicing experience.
