The slicer’s blade of KitchenWare Station MS-10ES 10” is constructed of high quality 304 stainless steel. The body of MS-10ES 10” is made of aluminum alloy with extended back space which give operator more room to slice larger volume of produce.

Unlike some of the carbon steel blades on the market which has a shorter service life, is easily oxidized and blunt out. Our KWS 10″ high quality 304 Stainless Steel blade is anti-rust, firm and more durable. It offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. It consistently and effortlessly cuts meat, vegetables, or cheese from paper thin to 0.4 inch thick.
Waterproof On-Off Switch & All Metal Parts
The KWS on- off switch and relays are built separately which can highly prevent them from damage together at the same time. Parts such as legs, thickness adjustment control, carriage release knob, product grip handle etc. are all made with high quality aluminium alloy instead of plastic, giving the slicer a luxurious looks with a more durable body that built to last.
Built- In Sharpener
Our KWS slicer features a built- in sharpener that both hones and sharpens the blade. It helps the blade to maintain a sharp edge for slicing by pushing the front and back button for a couple of seconds, ensuring that your blade is always razor sharp and ready to slice.

We were looking for a slicer just for home use, weren’t impressed with what we found at the local home improvement stores, so hubby found this one, and we ordered it. It came expertly packaged, no damage to box or machine. Beautiful machine, easy to set up, but WAY more than what we needed. Too big for our countertop, we’re not chefs or connoisseurs. We reluctantly sent it back, because now we’re in the same place we were in before–wanting a home use machine but not impressed with the low quality of what’s available locally. If you have a deli, this is the machine for you.

You have to give it a good inspection. The blade was touching the aluminum guide. Luckily I caught it before I went to use it. Once aligned it is a solid unit for what I use it for. Cutting frozen cured meats thin. And other cured meats.

When I got this slicer it had a dead power switch, I then got a hold of customer service quite easily and they gave me two options.
I could send the machine to them or they could send me the switch and I could do the easy replacement.
I opted for the switch, unfortunately the second switch was dead as well.
I assume they got a bad batch of switches.
I then promptly shipped the machine to the factory (on their dime) and they quickly fixed the issue and shipped it back.
The machine is working as intended and is a sharp work horse!
For the price and quality I would recommend this machine to any who are looking for one.

I probably use this differently than most people as I set it on the counter with the on off buttons toward me. That way I am pushing away from me and pulling towards me. I get to see the sliced meat fall off and stack. I do not use the clear acrylic shield.

I was a Deli worker for fifteen years. This is why I am glad I purchased this KWS slicer. 1) KWS offers exceptional customer support. KWS Customer Service answered all of the questions I sent to them via email within a few hours. They kindly supplied information, videos I requested, and other assistance. 2) The model MS-10ES slicer cuts various kinds of Deli products, roasts, hams, etc. 3) The slicer is easy to clean, reasonably easy to lift, to store, and has a power cord of reasonable length, ( KWS’ instruction manual says an extension cord should NOT be used when operating the slicer ). IMPORTANT NOTE – This model slicer only opens to #6 on the Product Thickness Control (knob), which has number settings from “0” to #10. For those that need thicker slicer settings. KWS has slicer models that will cut thicker slices. Please see their slicer models’ product information.

If the meat is not large enough (slab baken for example) or hard enough, the part compressing the meat actually becomes a hazard. Otherwise, it is a very good slicer.

The slicer works very well. I have used it a few times for thin sliced ham for sandwiches, homemade bacon, and thin sliced beef for Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. The tray travel is not quite enough for a full length slice, but I was aware of that before purchasing. I just cut a little off one end. I cubed up any end cuts. The thinly sliced beef cut well partially frozen. The availability of spare parts played a big part in my decision. Cut resistant gloves are very important as described in the instructions. I planned to buy some but got a small reminder when I cleaned the first time thinking that I was being careful. I ordered some from level 7 gloves from Muveen that seemed to work well. My suggestion is to order them at the same time as ordering the slicer. If you are confident of being able to use a light touch, a small impact driver works well to remove the blade for cleaning.
